Our extra-curricular highlights
Debating and public speaking
Students can develop their thinking, communication and teamwork skills through debating and public speaking. They also have the chance to compete in local debates against other small schools.
Creative and performing arts
Our drama, music, and art programs encourage students to explore their creativity and express themselves. They have the chance to participate in concerts, art exhibitions, and drama activities. At Woolomin Public School, students also have the opportunity to take individual music lessons, where they can learn to play an instrument of their choice with our talented music teacher, Mrs. Cooper.
Trips and excursions
Our students enjoy getting out of the classroom to explore, learn, and try new things. These experiences help them grow, build confidence, and see how their learning connects to the world. We take part in many small school events, sporting and leadership excursions every year.
